Yep this topic is way too technical for me now.

I did think the front clips may still engage in the rear nuts sufficiently to be usable without a spring (or with some other retention device) but I think they are a different size / thread. Plus the "nut" for the front clips is in the body so no there's options there. I'm happy now returning to stock.

James, i think moving it would be a good idea. Lots of information in here that should be kept!

I'm sure somebody will get to the bottom of this one way or another. I looked into getting these made specially but even if i got 100 made it would be v.expensive due to the tiny qty (usually deal with ten's of thousand's!)
