Dunlop sp sport 9000

Hi all,

Does anyone know if these tyres are any good? I need a new set for the back and don't mind buying part worn to be honest, these seem like they have plenty of tread left. Ebay link Item no 200225814398

They are 235/45zr17 dunlop sp sport 9000

Currently i have eagle f1s which seem fine to be.

4mm is quite low. Although they are cheap.

And I don't know about "8mm new". My Michelins were brand new 1 year ago and my fronts are on 7/7.5.

Compared to the bare ones i have got at the mo and the amount of driving i do, 4mm should last me a while

Are you sure part worns are worth the risk? You have no idea of the history of these tyres i.e. they could have been involved in an accident or have a defect.

If one of these was to fail at speed you could do a lot more damage than the price of a couple of new tyres...

Just a thought.
