De cat pipes for standard exhaust

I had a rear engined italian car and remember being able to buy a pair of decat pipes that were simply fitted into the standard exhaust system and I was wondering if there is such a part for the Clio, I see decat pipes are available to go with the Janspeed back box but my current standard exhaust looks in good condition and I am not sure about changing it just yet.. any ideas?
