DDT 2000 Renault diagnostic

Anybody use this on here ? if so how does it compare to clip ? i have got a vag kkl cable on order to try it out

Lead has turned up today so will see if i can download a copy. I hear its as good as clip for diagnostics but slightly harder to use..you can even reprogram the asr values on the meganes apparantly. Will see if i can get it fired up on windows 10 - if not will need another laptop

Would be interesting if it's able to do programming, non genuine clip won't....

You can reprogram the uch with clone clip - done tmps and airbags. The only thing you cant do with the clone is update the software or program new keys. Not sure about programming a virgin uch on one.

My lead has turned up see if i can get it going tomorrow

im running mine on xp it would only run on that ,

I used it for my air bag light on my old laguna 2.

its mainly used for Nissans I get the feeling.

I find it hard to use maybe that's just me there is not a lot of info on net either ,the version I use is 2.3.0.1

Had a whisper in my ear earlier for a download of v2.9.0.8 so will give it a blast. Whats the diagnostics like, is it df codes like renault ?? Clip is semi difficult to use too but willing to learn if its decent

Hi guys, Have to try DDT4all
It uses DDT2000 ecu files with a regular ODB2 device. If you want to access CAN 2 (multimedia) you only need to switch pins (see attach file) with a 6 pin ON-ON Switch

Pretty cheap diagnostic tool, and easy to get ECU files, and free software to manage.

It has scripts to virginaze ECU, reprogram keys (megana II and so).

Hope you find it usefull.

So far, I have enable Temperatura, Radio a Multimedia Info in TOMTOM screen, disable seat belt buzzer, switch temperatura indicator to right position so it´s not hidden with regulator ON, and I am waiting to receive TMPS sensors so I enable SSPP/TMPS and do the learning procedure, and installed and enable C-box (rewrite VIN so it works also) to a NON USB car, and once USB is enable, updated radio software so bluetooth reads more that 256 contacts from mobile contact list.

Sorry about this late reply but need to ask; what does this key statement mean more precisely? What makes you think it's not doable with the clone as well?

The can clip software is cracked so you cannot connect up to Renault via the internet, so no software updates are available. I have not tried to reprogram a key but i guess its the same issue.
