Cheers

i was reading about coilies the outher day and it said will go low as u like but recomed 60-70mm max lol dident say y but coz its most prob hard wearin on the car lol

And??? It doesn't matter about the ride height..... they cost £100

If you are only supposed to lower 60mmish then why do they give you scope to lower 110mm+??

I still need to know how to adjust the dampening :)

I think he means crackin of arches and stuff when you go so low, plus the extra stress on your suspension.

Is there not a screw at the bottom of the shock?  Thats how I've always seen em before, usually a screw that you can get a flat head in to adjust the dampening at the base of the shock.

thats like sayin its a 70mph on the motoway y do thay make cars go 200mph  :wink

just coz it goes 200mph u dont have to do it

all i'm sayin mate is what iv read about them y u beging so agressive about it? or am i reading it rong

as nyk aint thay got a hard and soft thing u turn on them

Your very right clio boy- they make them with such height adjustment so they suit all applications -like maxiboys car for example.  On a standard car going so low only causes more stress on things like wheel bearings, ball joints not to mention the wear on your tyres.

there is a million and 1 combinations of set up to suit a million applications.

I wasn't being aggressive.... just merely asking why you were changing the subject of my thread??

I put this up to ask for help, ther is no twidly thread or knobs at the bottom of them! Hence why i'm asking!

well maybe they have been broken then and thats why you only paid 100 quid for em.
