Cylinder Head Work question.

Hi All,

I am running F7R bottom out of Megane with F7P head.
Skimmed the head with compression ratio 10.7:1,port and polish and running with performance Chip.

So my question :
I am assuming to install bigger intel valve 33 mm out of megane head instead of the F7P stock 30.7 mm , but when i searched for bigger valve i found that increasing can be 1 mm max.

Also do i need to remap after doing that.

Last,Does the F7P ECU accept mapping or i will need a standalone ECU.

Waiting for comments.

im not sure on the valve front, im not sure if you can take enough out of the head to accept an f7r valve ? and by the time youve got a machinist to do this you could probably pick up a williams head?
and yes you can remap a standard ecu with a chip carrier and someone who can map that chip

Actually Williams head is not available in our country.
even any F7 engine is very very hard to find.

By the way i lightened the flywheel to 4.5 KG and i will check if i can increase the CR again then i will check for someone to tune it.

Hopefully i will gain some power.
