Keep unplugging them one at a time with the engine running. Each time a 'healthy' coil is unplugged it will sound rougher - the engine rumble remains unchanged when the 'sick' coil is unplugged.
Fingers crossed it's an easy to reach rear one... they seem to let go more often and are easier to reach.

I know about the unplugging check, but just thought it would save me some time. In the end I just started at no.6 and it was the second one I came to so all good, about 5 minutes to change and back to as new.
