5 GT Turbo Cutting out/stuttering when running

As title really. Doesn't really matter what type of driving it's doing i:e boosting or cruising buts it's sometimes really jumpy then when driving down the road it just cuts out, afr gauge goes fully to the right (17off the scale) I'll slow down then with a jump it just bursts into life again. Revs on idle seem to be up a bit and irratic.
I've changed the fuel filter to see if that helps, no joy.
Any help (renault 5 gt turbo btw)

Fuel coming out ? Relay is considered good.

Not always, ive seen a few with intermittent problems which is why I said bridge it.

And if it is still not working properly when relay is bridged, try checking the CO screw / idle jet (large screw) and small fuel filter on the fuel inlet side of the carb (assuming you still use the Solex).

Great news.
I had a spare relay which I changed and now it seems to be working fine.

Now on to the next problem.
