Crazy Elvis in a V6!

Hey guy's,

I'm from up North and it's so rare to see a V6 and I've been looking. Must of seen a couple of each phase in my life. I once saw an old couple (60s-70s) in a Mars Red mk1 parked up having a cup of tea outside a pub I used to DJ in late evening years ago, how randoms that?!

But my best siting was several years ago:

I briefly started seeing a girl I used to go out with when I was at school again about 3 or so years ago, she lives in London now.
I went down to London for the weekend (my first time in London) and on the saturday near a park in London centre I could hear this really loud Elvis music. It got louder and louder until, to my amazement a blue Clio V6 mk 2 turned into view and paraded down the street with everyone looking, not just at the amazing car but the Elvis music was coming from the car deafenningly loud (must of fitted a major sound system) and the guy driving (slowly) was fully dressed as Elvis with the space suit, the shades, the wig everything singing along to the crowd, windows down, doing all the moves and gestures and everything. I couldn't believe it! And the lass I was with I think thought I was proper wierd at the time coz all I could bang on about was the car!!

I know I'm new to the site but honestly it's the truth. Can anyone explain, does anyone know the guy? Coz it was one of those moments where I thought 'did I just dream that happening?' But it definately did!

Are all Clio V6 owners nutters? :)

Well known but not in the club or forum as yet.

The chap is clearly a Genuis.

I believe there are also some naked V6 ramblers out there. Be careful if you go searching for pics - some things which once seen, cannot be unseen [smilie=icon_eek.gif]

Ha Ha No Way!

That's class, what a guy.

I'm glad this has finally been cleared up in my mind after all these years, thought I was loosing it, thanks guys.

This guys a legend, I'm sure if Elvis were still here today, a Clio V6 would be his car of choice, I think Tackleberry would probably be more of a Hum-Vee man :)

As for the naked ramblers, does this confirm a common trend for V6 owners to be a bit crackers? I wonder.

Thanks again.

All the best
