Ok so my clutch cable gave up on me, got a new one delivered this morn, as far as I know I dont have abs, so ordered the non-abs cable, after fannyin around an fittin it, its too long. Im told bythe parts man the abs cable is shorter, so im awaiting this new cable, am prayin it fits so I can get to work tomoz!
But im sure my car aint got abs, thers no sensors on the wheels that I can see, how else can I tell if thers abs....an no ther is aint pulsing of brake pedal under heavy breaking. I cant see any abs module on master cylinder? Puzzled to be honest!

abs module on my cab is under the windscreen where the batt would be but on the opposite side to it

Hmm dont I got one, is it labled or wot does it look like? I think theres summit ther, looks like a relay? Newcable fitted anyway, lovely stuff. Nicer to drive!

there's only an ABS ECU in the passenger side scuttle if it's Bendix ABS.

If it's Bosch ABS then there's a self contained unit bolted to the chassis rail next to the bulkhead, under the coolant expansion tank. Cant miss it, it has 4 brake lines coming out the top and a black plastic cover with ABS on it.

they both fit fine anyway, I use whichever I get sooner, if thats the abs one then fine, if its the non abs one thats fine to.
