Been sniffing around for a cheap dephaser, belt and waterpump some good deals on ebay..going to try my mate who works in local vauxhall garage parts department to see if he can beat the ebay prices staff discount. Let me know if you find a mega deal i think the cheapest i have seen up to now is £230

Can save a bit on that on ebay to be fair, about £280 from a reckon up. The cam seals are fecking dear for what they are i dont need the aux kit just the aux belt as cup setup

Belts etc are being done today, the old dephaser looked in good condition, but replaced anyway, the old belts looked decent but date stamped 2011, so replaced anyway... And the timing was slightly out..

Offset should be at the bottom.....
Like I said possibly my eyes or strange camera angle.

Uprated engine and gearbox mounts, fatty style induction kit, air filter cover, DS2500 pads, cup shocks and cooksports springs.

Winner, what tyres are you going for ?? Did you notice that the van doesnt do much low down and a massive kick at the top. I reckon timing is miles out
