Clio Clio 172 Aux Belt interval question

So my 172 is now at the 3 year interval (just over) for the aux belt change, though it's only done 16 of the 36k mileage wise. When I did the cam and aux belt in Oct 2011 I changed all belts, tensioners and idlers and the dephaser too.

For this aux belt service, do I have to change the aux belt tensioner and idler again, as well? Or can I get away with just the belt and then do the whole lot again with the next cambelt service....?

@quadrastu @Red21 any professional thoughts?

Yes Dave you will have to change tensioner, idler at every belt removal, and subject to engine numbers & mileage the crank pulley.
Cheers! Will do. I know the cambelt (and crank pulley bolt) is "every removal" but wanted to check the aux.
Whats the crank pulley interval? My little buzzbox is on 146,000 miles LOL

Time or mileage whatever is first, some people say if aux belt goes could take cambelt with it however not sure that would happen lol.
Yeah I know its time or mileage just wondered if there was any exception for the tensioner and idler. It seems wasteful changing them after 16k and they're not as "wearable" as a rubber belt. And yes, the v-groove belt shreds when it goes and rips the v-groove segments up, these tangle up around the crank pulley and cause the cambelt to skip... then a piston headbutts a valve and everything goes Pete Tong. Even worse if it's severe contact it can flat-spot the crank and after you rebuild the top end with new valves the engine runs the crank a few hundred miles later cos you didn't know it had flat-spotted the crank :'(
