CHONGO PANTS PUNCTURE... GRRRRRR

Got in the Vee this morning started it up, set off and thought "oh ohhhhhhhh....." doesn't feel right.....got out and the drivers front tyre is flat as a pancake

...precariously rolled down the hill to the filling station (fortunately at the bottom of the hill) and filled the tyre up....(trust me, wearing a white summery outfit outfit and wedges whilst using a manky oily air gun is not advisible....!!)

...got to the bottom of the other hill (lots of hills where I live LOL! Fortuntately) and had to put more air at the other garage - got to work and it was completely flat again. :s [smilie=icon_cry.gif]

I am now £190 lighter - a rock/stone/rubble has gone straight through the inside of the tyre wall, non-repairable.....chongo pants.....:( :( :(

I would have preferred to have spent £190 quid on something for my summer wardrobe from PRADA...!!! [smilie=drunken_smilie1.gif]

Good start to the weekend.....NOT...!!

You got it all sorted though Jainy, that's the main thing, and not a bad price for two tyres fitted :approve: The PRADA will have to wait :(

FBMM will be happy with his new boots at least and and ready for the twisties

BTW the big circular thing in front of you, when you are sat in the drivers seat, can be used to make the Vee move from left to right while your going along to allow you to avoid things in the road like rocks, small children, crashed UFO's etc. [smilie=hide.gif]

Good to hear it's sort though Jainy.

These emergency repairs are a bummer. I'm sure the prices are inflated.

Didnt know you could get anything from prada for £190. My worse half always spends at least twice that, she says prada do nothing under £300 quid. Ill be showing her these posts!!

Well, that's not inherently true tbh...!! You could get a Prada Keyring or purse for £180 quid (EACH that is! [smilie=icon_eek.gif] ) but I already have both of those, so in actual fact your lady is right hun...!! :D

She might have both of those already, so is going for a much bigger-better option...like the new limited edition bag which is a steal at £890...!!! :D:D

(wonder if anyone will treat me to that for my birthday...?!! [smilie=drunken_smilie1.gif] )
