can do it without lowering the subframe.
gearbox link rod, clutch cable, drain box, driveshafts, speedo cable, take the CAS off so it doesn't get damaged, starter, if airbox still there airbox bracket, reverse light switch, all the bolts/nuts (note the short studs into the box will most likely come out attached to the nuts) except one or 2 up top
Remove the rear mount bracket, undo the 16mm nuts and the 18mmnut so its the bolts holding it in, then undo the front gearbox mount, both on the subframe and the box,you'll need to spanner the box side. then lift the box off the front mount, I generally use a prybar lift out the front mount, put it back down then remove the rear bolts off the rear subframe, the bracket will be loose, pull the box forward and the bracket will drop out the bottom. Then stick a jack under the sump, use a bit of wood or rubber pad though. Then undo the other bolts and the box will pull out, no mounts aside from the engine mount means theres plenty of room to swing things about
