Hi everyone. You'll notice some new forums appearing over the next few days....in fact there are some already as @andybond has set off like a scalded cat on the work. We are currently working on a merger with a couple of other forums, hosted by @r5gordini (Andrew). Andrew has owned these sites for a couple of decades, but due to many life commitments and the ever dwindling numbers on the scene has accepted our offer to merge into TurboRenault.co.uk. Power in numbers, better together and all that.
Andrew will be joining us as a forum moderator, and will be helping us decide on the best layout once the new forums are imported. All users from the source forums will be retained and will be able to log in here, retaining post counts etc. We ask your patience while we "move house" and get everything rejigged into order.
The sites coming on board are:
www.r5gordini.co.uk
http://r5turbo.info/
We will be, as we did with 21toc, redirecting the links to point here so nobody is left with a broken page and no idea whats happening.
I hope @r5gordini doesnt mine me transcripting the message he sent advising of the move, which I found rather nice:
I hope you will all join me in welcoming everyone and everything from these sites to TurboRenault.co.uk and thanking @r5gordini for such a massive boost to our userbase and resources. Onward and upward!

Dear All,
It is with mixed (but mostly positive!) feelings that I write this. I have run R5gordini.co.uk for the best part of 20 years but now is the time for things to move on. With almost immediate effect, the site will be transitioned to http://www.turborenault.co.uk/ TurboRenault is a massive online community and is growing daily. I know that it will continue from strength to strength and I am very excited to tell you that the forum from r5gordini.co.uk will still exist there! You will be able to log in with your existing username and password and to view all the old threads. I truly believe we will all benefit from being part of a much more active and larger community!
We are also hoping to migrate the wiki there, which will continue to have a register of all the Renault 5s we know about.
Keep on maintaining, building and enjoying those Renault 5s and please do contact me if you have any queries or questions,
Andrew
