Does anyone know if a ph1 19 16v chamade bonnet fits a ph1 19 16v hatch?

the bonnets should be exactly the same, and the bumper as well i think..

Yes, the only difference is with the Cabriolet.

Of course, the phase 1 and phase 2 are completely different but have been swapped before (with the bumper, lights and grille)

Good point I as going to ask this. But worked it out. i.e ph1 bonnet the same but smaller lip's. As I'm thinking of selling the good one I still have.
