9 turbo Can I install a turbo on the R9 c2j engine?

I have a stock R9 and it has the C2J 1397 cc engine. Can I install a turbo on this engine, what will be the effects, how much will it cost?

It would be far easier and cheaper to use a turbo C1J package from a R5 and convert it that way.
