Camber and camber correction bolts?

G

Guest

The camber is not adjustable as far as i can tell.. however have seen there is camber correction bolts available.. does these work well? I guess they will be fitted to the bottom end of struts.. isin't there also available camber adjustment to the top of strut or am i mistaking?

thanks for advice :)

Camber adjustment bolts just have little parts on so when you twist the bolts it adjusts the camber, one per side but your limited to the amount it adjusts - could always elongate the hole, similar to tvr's out of the factory i think?

Not sure about camber adjustment at the top, belive its quite an expensive option.

you can custom fit top mounts to the clio shell but not really needed..

best to elongate the strut holes..set the camber then weld the washers in place to keep them secure...

hmm.. thanks for advice can you please explain what "elongate" means.. never heard before :?

i got these camber bolts on mine, came with it when i bought it..fucking hate it lol

sell them to me then i'm after a set

'elongate', means make longer, he means make the top strut to hub bolt hole longer by fileing/drilling out the hole into an oval shape as opposed to a circle. facing the hub straight on you will need to file the hole out towards you meaning that the top of the hub can move further towards you.

Hope this helps
