Hello guys.. I'm new in the forum but I hope you guys can be of great help.. I have a Renault clio 1.5 dci expression 2007 idling problem.. In fact I don't know whether it got something to do with timing of engine or injectors.. Please help

Hello there,
The information you have given is very vague, as an idling problem on a diesel can be often mis interpreted & its cause incorrectly identified.
First are there any warning lights/messages on the instrument panel and when did you first notice the problem?
Secondly have you any diagnostic equipment or fault find experience.

Hey Mate! I have not taken it for any diagnostic fault finding due to lockdown.. However there's a spanner warning sign and red flashing light when the car is idling but both the warning light and the spanner warning sign goes off when the car is on motion.. You say idling problem on a diesel rail can be misinterpreted and its cause incorrectly identified so.. What can be the other cause besides faulty injectors?

Idling problems can be caused by a long list of items from fuel condition, one of the many sensors that the engine requires to run to a physical engine issue like cam shaft issues hence the potentially long list.
Trying to diagnose a running problem by the fact the warning light go out whilst driving without having carried out basic checks for fault codes and engine running data on modern systems is just pure guess work, and even if it was an injector issue the cause of the injector failure has to be found or you will find your self back at square one with a poor engine.
One of the basic diagnostic question to ask your self is, What repairs have I had/have done to the vehicle in recent times prior to the problem as this can often point toward possible cause like a electrical connector not fitted.
Beyond that any guess is as good as any internet search.

Good morning friend, thanks a lot for your reply and experience. I will rather wait and take it for diagnostic fault check.. Cheers
