Brake upgrade for my TQ

Hi

ever since I've owned my 21 I think it has shitty brakes

so I'm thinking about an upgrade, but without spending my entire trustfund

Would the brakes of a Subaru Impreza be any good? That car is a bit havier then a TQ and the brake technology is a little more recent.

You'll need something with 5x108 pcd (correct stud pattern)


Some newer 5 stud big discs may work....clio V6?

As for calipers, go for some 4-pots. Its never gonna be cheap to do though.

5.1 raceing fluid
goodrich brake hoses all round
A good bleed
lubricate the load sensor valve at the rear of the car
get some nice soft compound pads
