Although we will still be staying in Bourges on the Friday and Sunday nights, we may now stay at the hotel V6passion have booked nearer the Mas du Clos circuit on the Saturday evening. If you have not yet booked the hotel below then hold fire for a few days while we confirm the details. If you have already booked the hotel as below, dont worry as you can modify your stay on line or even cancel on the day we arrive-I will give full instructions once we confirm the details with v6 passion.

Those intending to come and who want to stay with V6 passion at the Hotel nearer to Mas du Clos, please get your forms and payment to me ASAP as the hotel will fill up fast.
If you have booked the Bourges hotel, leave your reservation for now until we get confirmation on the V6 passion hotel.

Mas du clos hotel booking form for Saturday night
Price is per person: £57.00 this includes evening meal on Saturday and breakfast Sunday morning and assumes 2 persons are sharing a room (total £114.00 for 2).
note: Chambre 1 Grand lit = 1 double bed in room
Chambre 2 Lits Simple = 2 single beds in room. please indicate which you require on the form.
If you are on your own and dont want to share, there will be a supplement of £18.50, total then in this case will be £75.50.

This is the official hotel we will be staying at in Bourges. If you are intending to stay for the whole trip, ie. Magny cours (saturday), Mas du Clos (Sunday) and the return trip on Monday (or Tuesday), you will need to book 3 nights (18th 19th and 20th June) cost at the moment is 42e per night (this is a twin room for 1 or 2 persons) + breakfasts at 5.65 euros for each person per night. ( to clarify, if 2 sharing a room the cost will be 42e+5.65e+5.65e per night. I would recomend taking breakfast here as it is cheap and there may be no easy alternative) This cost will only rise as the date gets nearer so book now to get that price. You can cancel up to 7pm on the date of arrival so although you need to provide credit card details now, nothing will be taken until the day of the reservation so there is nothing to lose by booking now.

Set the arrival date as 18 June 2010 (see above for the alternative Saturday night option)
and select 3 as the number of nights.

fill in your details and card details (make sure its valid past the date of arrival)
click the "I agree etc" box and then click confirm.
Print out the confirmation page, or the email you will recieve, as the reservation number is important in case we arrive before or after reception has closed.

I have booked on the Eurotunnel at 08.20 on Friday 18th June and to return on 17.50 on Tuesday 22nd June. Cost for that at the moment is £89 but will inevitably rise as the date gets nearer.
For those going Eurotunnel

If that one is full then book the next available (there is another at 8.42 and another at 8.50 so its not a problem if you dont get on the 8.20)
If you are returning on a different day then chose the crossing you want on the day you want. For those going on either an extended trip or wanting to return on Monday (leave plenty of time to get back from Bourges) then choose your preffered option.
Be sure to print out the confirmation as you will need the booking ref at check in.

The cost in £ for the Trackday will be £138.00 this includes driver, car entry and one breakfast/lunch.
If you are a passenger then the cost will be £21.50 including breakfast/ lunch
If you are taking your car but not intending to be part of the track day, then the cost will be £64 for the driver and car, again including breakfast and lunch.
If you are a passenger then the cost will be £21.50 including breakfast and lunch.
All drivers will be able to take part in a parade lap, photo shoot and recieve a special "gift" (dont ask, i dont know!) even if not part of the track day itself.
I have based these prices on todays exchange rate- I will refund in Euros on the day any overpayment made due to major exchange rate changes or, conversly, may have to ask for a bit more if it goes the other way!
To reserve your place you must send me the form and payment before May 7th at the very latest. No place will be reserved without payment up front so there will be no paying after the closing date and no forms will be submitted without payment. If you have paid and need to cancel, you can only do this up until May 20th-after that date there can be no refunds.
