I think the car I’m buying was fairly well known and documented on here number 441.
I must admit for the price I’ve paid it was an absolute steel so will be looking at spending a bit on her to get it top notch!

I should be up for silverstone if all goes to plan! It’ll be great to meet up with a few other vee owners. I definitely plan to get some use out of it. Looking through its history it’s been laid up for almost 5 years. Unfortunately I guess most are garage queens now.

mine isnt [cmilie=iconcheers.gif] - went to the supermarket in it yesterday and to visit my parents who live a little distance away in an assisted living place. When i came out to go home, i had to crawl over from the passenger side as some complete bell-end in a Range Rover has parked as close to me as he possibly could and i couldnt open the driver door :evil: :evil: .
Admittedly, it lives in the garage during the week - i am not leaving it at our local railway station to be dinged or worse!! - but at weekends, i use it as much as i can. Every saturday morning, i open the garage door and it puts a massive smile on my face....
Like you, i am a relatively new convert - less than a year, but its the best car i have ever bought and i have had a few! you will love it, i am sure.
