What polish did you use? My XC90 ones need a rub over too.

Used a variety of products that I’ve amassed over the years with the machine polisher.

One side I used some heavy cutting compound and a hard pad, and the other some G3 with the same hard pad, the results were the same.

I finished off with some Meguiars Plast-RX which gave them a nice shine.

Going to have a go at fixing the drivers window this weekend.

Well true to my word, I had a go at the drivers side window today, and finished up replacing a small piece of loom, the plug, and the Temic. I wasn’t happy with exactly what was causing the problem with the old set-up, so replaced it all. Now works a treat.

Gave the car a little wash also.. nothing too fancy, just a bucket of suds, but it does come up Lovley for it:


Going to take it out and wring it’s neck a little bit tomorrow
