Bargaining down a price?

Looking to buy a car soon, gonna be a Lag 2 1.9 dci Initiale somthing like an 02-04 plate. Problem is im completley useless at haggling when buying a vehicle. Does anyone have any tips or methods that they use? I'm quite a push over and usually pay the asking price which is bad

easy don't be gay drive a hard bargain, walk away, nothing gets them dropping prices like a buyer leaving.

Thats how I get such good deals.

Also keep your mouth shut, don't um and ahh, he'll have a price, you say a price then he'll stay quiet, you stay quiet, he may then say well, and you say cheerio then

Good advice^ Even if it is just what you want dont be frightened to just turn to leave..... but do it slowly, sometimes a few seconds will change thier mind when you are walking away
