Bad Idle

After using my car today i seemed to of caught a bad idle some how,

When driving is fine, when you dip the clucth the revs sit at about 1.9k then when you come to a stop it goes below 1k

Any ideas what it could be?

Im guessing a bad idle control valave?

Maybe clean the trottle/valave?

High idle until dead stop maybe signs of a failing wheel speed sensor or faulty earth to wheel speed sensor. But tbh, it could also be an array of items. I would give the idle valve a clean out, check wiring to TPS as they do seem to fray quite badly but do not adjust the TPS in any way

where is the idle speed valve on these my lord mines doing the same

iirc 1.2s and 1.4's dont have Idle valves do they? Just the adjuster at the back of the throttle cable?
