Average age here

28! That makes me realise just how long I've had the vee, put the deposit down when I was 20, I had it a week or so before my 21st. Best Birthday EVER! [smilie=yay.gif]
But seriously, these cars are getting on a bit now, I'm looking forward to the big 10.

21, although 22 on Friday :)

I don't think age matters to much as I had a MK5 R32 at the age of 20.

You're right Sam, key thing is being able to afford to buy, insure, run and maintain it - age is irrelevant.

I think owning performance cars at a young age gives you an appreciation of power and overall performance...of course it's not without compromise or "means"

47, so that's pushed up average,, I should be 18 tho as still love me bikes n cars.. Plenty of time to grow up when ya dead..

gees you're, on average, a young bunch in uk compared to here in oz. the few V6 here are owned by us more ' mature ' :race: types , generally as they are expensive here and are a sunday / collectable type car and the younger crowd need a daily driver so have clios and meggys instead . the last clean ph2 went for close to 43,000 pounds through a dealer to a collector in his 50s
