Right guys, thought id make a thread about the progress on my beloved meggy. Its technicaly not a project as it was perfect when i bought it but i have made a few changes here and there, some cosmetic and some mechanical which have completly transformed it for the better!

Got used to the power at this point but i wanted more! (I know pretty much everyone reading this will b able to relate) so i decided to take a little trip to RS Tuning in leeds...3" de-cat pipe, 630cc injectors and map resulted in 285hp 310ft/lb torque

Since this pic I also added a Nissan Juke arial, it's a lot smaller than the original one and doesn't hit the spoiler when the boot is open! Also I have just bought a set of full leather recaros including the rear seats and door cards! They look fresh out of the factory picking them up on Saturday

they look superb! Can't believe its took me this long to get some! Next on the hit list is a set of cooksport springs I think...

Nah that's just the standard fitment as far as I'm aware, but will c when I pick them up at the weekend and keep us updated

They look like standard R26 fitment to me. You do sit a little high in them , but its not bad bad position.

Ahh ok, yeah compared to a clio it looks high, not in comparison to another meg. I think I remember feeling quite upright when I drove one a while back?

On a clio you sit on the seat , the meg you climb onto it and your arse then goes down and into the seat. The sides are quite high to try and keep your bum in the middle of the seat.

Unfortuantly for widehips Bond it means I get numb bum

I've always fancied a set of those seats as well. I'm sure I read somewhere that they don't fit the 5 door? I can't see why not.....

Had a quick sniff about and mods are needed to the subframes to fit to a 5 door, probably easy enough though. Cant imagine massive differences @Billy Pallets
