Megane Annoying oil leak

Hey All,
Hope someone may be able to help. Have a megane dci Renault sport 08 plate with a garret turbo fitted. Every now and again I get burning oil smell inside cab and a whisp of blue smoke from under the bonnet up past windscreen. 2 garages cannot find this leak.. any ideas??? Turbo still works but isn't as responsive.

Look for witness marks and stains around the turbo, exhaust and look for oil leaks on the engine.
Have you checked the turbo shaft for play?

I suspect the downpipe might have worked lose. Typically from the tubo back the nuts tend to come off

Take the downpipe off at the turbo and see if the exhaust turbine is wet with oil. If wet then probably looking at a replacement soon.
