Air Con problems

Last year did a big trip round Swizerland and France in V6 found air con was no good after about 25 dec C, this was after having the system re-gassed before we went. The temperature one day was 37 deg c so back in UK not too much of a problem. Recently found that heater fan not working on any speed. Have checked relevant fuses and all seems to be ok. Can increment the fan speed up on the heater of and the display moves accordingly, however no fan rotation.
Looking at other Renault websites could be resistor pack ( if it has one) or maybe even the motor itself. Has anybody had any experience of this problem. Where would I find resistor pack?

Hi Nigel, the resistor pack failing is quite a common fault on the clio's and I've had to change on both my old 182 and the v6.
So common in fact that Ben did a 'how to guide'
