Ok here goes: I've had over boost problems when my anal valve is plugged in. I took the 21 to Slark Race Engineering on Monday to have the actuator set. We set it to 0.5 bar, plugged in the anal valve and all the power/boost came in between 4,000 & 5,500 rpm - not suitable for back lane caining!! Went back to Slark & set the actuator to 10psi turned up the bleed valve & am now running 14psi & all appears to be ok.
Does anyone have any ideas why: A. when the actuator was set at the correct pressure all the power came in so high up the rev range?
B. when the actuator was set @ 10psi the car pulled like a train from 2,500 rpm & C. When the anal valve was plugged in @ 10psi the car boosted of the guage & touched about 240bhp on the rolling road?
I know there's alot of questions in there but I need to find out what the f**k is happening to my car.
Also is it safe to set the actuator at 10psi & use the bleed valve to increase the boost to 13 - 15psi????
Thanks
