well i left for telford monday morn 4am got down about 10 in the old trusty escort van lol , car in good nick , no holes, only needs the bonnet and door painted( but will do whole car) 57000 miles with 2 owners , very good engine and pulls better than i thought ,needs a clutch soon, drove it 330 miles home put in for mot and it passed ,

handles like a burst couch and the interior is crap , original stereo , only got traded in as it didnt have power steering for the old women .

so whats now for it BREAKING FOR SPARES lol only joking

first thing is to lower it, change rear beam for turbo p2 one , and put a complete turbo interior in it, including dash/wiring and bbs renault alloys

then respray next week , prob the same colour but was thinking off met green, pearl orange and pearl black in some sort off variation lol

bet you too it lol allready have my name down for them , but dont think he will ever sell , has a 11 turbo and v6 25 aswell i think

Mike I'm sure you have a few tucked away in storage, why not let one out to play so I can come and have a look?

i hate dealing with people like Me that just want to collect and no sell anything lol

lol ,
what that electrical fault that caused the fire ?

Actually, no! Ruptured fuel line or faulty/leaky carb I think. Started in the engine bay by the carb so I can't see what else it would have been. I did love that double downdraught webber carb though, sounded mint when it got going.
