400bhp turbo'd Renaultsport V6

Food for thought indeed. At that power pretty much everything else will have to be uprated and the car will have to be modified to get rid of the extra heat but still it's all achievable with a bit of time and thought.

The direction you're heading Brett?? ;)

Well my car will be of the road indefinatly for next year. One because I have a little un' on its way combined with a move to a bigger place and two, because it will give me a chance to do things to it with out worrying about getting it to somewhere at such and such date.

Turns out that the majority of parts are bone stock. It has had a compression drop but whether that is through de comp' plates or a change of piston is not shown. I do know that DP Developments accros the channel extracted over 300bhp from a completly standard v6 peugeot 406. Heat management would be an issue if not looked at but there are ways around it with out going too mad. If you think our design would be bad, imagine how Porsche Turbo's cope with 700bhp . . . . . .where theres a will there is always a way.

Be interested to share ideas on this mate. Heading down the big mod road myself relatively soonish :approve:

Thats the one! Looks a very tight conversion. I'd imagine it would be nicely set out in a clio's rear bay.
