Can one of you kind people point me in the best (and cheapest) direction fr one of the above with a suitable rod?

look in the members only tec section the info is in there.

failing that Baliey, Forge or any common make make sure you get the spring rate set at 1bar, and its for an rs turbo t3, donn't ask it just is.
