Time for some car stalking - I'm going to add here any interesting machinery which #294 encounters on her travels.

Vee always holds its own but one thing you notice is why the vee has such a bad drag co-efficient limiting top speed.... look how high it is compared to the R8! Great shot look forward to more

Arrived home late last night to find this parked up beside me, in a space usually occupied by a shed of a 4x4. I'm currently staking it out to catch the owner and see if a passenger ride is on the cards!

Was on a bit of a hoon with a few folks from PH over the weekend (that's another thread all of it's own!). Overnight stay at The Torridon Inn and one of the local guys dropped in the next moning in his Caterham R500 :evil: to say hello.

There is a very active Scottish chapter of PH with regular hoons throughout the year. I cannot recommend it highly enough and a great opportuity to share some of the best roads the UK has to offer (Like This!) with some real exotic machinery being driven properly. This weekend was a more "intimate" affair with 5 cars including the vee (911 996Turbo, 911 996Carrera4S, Fiat 500 Abarth, Jaguar XKR Convertible and 911 997GT2). As I've said before, it is like finding yourself in the middle of an Evo group test. A couple of the other guys here come along to a few of these - in fact, you should get along to the next one in the Scottish Borders!

Really wish I was joining you guys in the Lakes this weekend but #294 now garaged and SORN'd until next Spring as I'm simply not going to be able to drive her much over the next couple of months (before winter), so took the opportunity to park her up whilst I was up north.

Holy thread revival batman!



After having it's service last week at Rentec, my friends newly acquired Focus RS was the perfect excuse to take #294 for it's first hoon of 2013. Stopped alongside Loch Earn for this pic (excuse crappy iPhone pic) before enjoying lunch in Callander followed by a run over the Duke's Pass. Perfecto!

I'm currently stalking something French and interesting I have spotted around my local area so hopefully a further update on this thread in the not too distant future...
