Megane 225 no start issue

Evening all, for some reason I bought another meg 225 I really don't know why was more of an impulse buy.
Anyway the car was a none runner when I got apparently the fobs didn't work or start the car and it wouldn't crank. So I fitted a new battery to the car when. I got it and hey the fob unlocked and locked the car and the car cranked (did not start). Also noted that I had keyless entry which was unexpected.
Anyway so I done compression test all 4 perfect, checked fluids and again all good. I then removed the sparkies and replaced with new OEM ones, I also replaced the coil packs with brand new, car still didn't start so I thought let's check fuel to rail and yep loads of fuel. I bought a brand new OEM tdc, and brand new OEM injectors and guess what I still have the same issue.
The car cranks over coughs then dies anyone have any idea's? I am thinking it's spark related as the spark plugs are wet, I have removed coil pack 1 with spark plug and it arcs fine dueing cranking I'll try the other 3 tomorrow.

I do have a spare ecu with the matching UPC,uhc, dash clocks, steering lock. I haven't changed as its last resort as I dont want to loos the map that's on the ecu already. Although I may have speak with Arthur for one of his special maps

I'll plug clip in tomorrow as laptop died when I went to try it.

OK, bit of progress today ended up removing the original TDC sensor wiring all the way back to the ecu due to resistance issue's within the wire this then gave me back my rpm signal, car cranks coughs a little but I need to keep the throttle peddle down to even get the car to start :-( and even then it doesn't want to. The TB itself doesn't seem to be doing anything it's not opening or closing. I have tested the peddle itself and can see on the live screen it's giving me a open % when I push and come off so that's clearly fine.

Anyone know of a decent used 225 phase 1 TB available I've tested all wires back to ecu and UPC and all good. The issue's I am having are literally bad wiring in the loom.
 
Ok, the tested engine loom from a running car arrived today and I decide to fit it this afternoon, and................................ car still doing the same lol (Although my tb now is buzzing).
So I then went and swapped over the ecu, upc, UHC, card reader, dash clocks and steering locks and................................. car still doing the same :-(

I don't actually know what to even look at now :-(

Compression test done again and perfect. I still don't think it's a timing issue as the car run faultless for an entire day about 1 1/2 weeks ago.


Does anyone know if the belt's can be replaced with engine in the car on the f4rt?
 
Ok, the coil packs on the meg 225 are 2 pin I take it one is gnd and the other ecu trigger? For some reason I can buzz test the same plug for a coil and its as if same circuit?
