Well, got the beast back yesterday after a 5hr round trip. Starts and drives fine. Needs a bit of tlc here and there, exhaust, brakes etc but structuarly shes solid. 2 small patches on the sills need cut out and plated, jacking points are solid, even the rear doors are solid, although there is the usual rust in the rear wheel arch. All in all for ?250 I think Ive got a steal, it even has the standard radio. Wont take much to get it MOT'able. Aim is to get it up to standard and take it to the Retro show this year. Couldnt get any pics as the camera refused to play ball but will get some up soon. For now shes tucked away in the garage for the next few weeks whilst I sort my house move then its game time.
