I surely wouldny recommend goin any bigger than standard wheel size, folk dont realise steering geometry, rde height etc are very important to a vehicles driving and handle characteristics.
Got some bridgestones on mine, pretty happy with em, think re015's? Pricey tho. Toyos are decent, but dont last long, pretty soft compound. Had contis on my last 19, they wernt so good!

I've got some yokohama A539's on the front at the moment and they have done pretty well, quite a rigid sidewall and provide good support when cornering. On the rear I have 2 budgets and i've had the rear and twitch on a greasy road a few times, I like the look of the Toyo's 4 for around £200 or the Yokohama prada.
I think pressures are critical, thankfully in rainy scotland its easy to see tyre pressure changes, the hottest bit of the tyre dries the quickest so you can adjust pressures as needed.
