19 1994 R18 16V cabby front bumper.

In the process of painting front bumper on my 94 phase 2 cabby, Question is, what is the trick getting the two black rubber inserts back on? cheers.

Tiger seal?

Thanks for that, one of them has already been stuck on maybe with Tiger seal but has the inner rubber gripping strip cut off, the other has the strip complete, took a bit of force to pull it off the bumper, but trying to put it back on looks impossible without cutting the inner gripping strip off and Tiger sealing it back on.

Maybe try the type of lubricants used for fitting non bonded windscreen rubber seals starting at one end and working your way along?
