5 GT Turbo 1990 R5 Speedo not working

Hi, hoping someone might have some advice!

The speedo on my 1990 R5 Turbo has never worked since I bought it years ago.

I checked both connections, engine bay multi-plug all-ends/cleaned, and connection to the back of the speedometer (multi plug), still not working. Changed the speed sensor in gearbox above draft shaft with new speed sensor bought from Renault Turbo, still nothing?

Any clues? Thank you!

Try a replacement speedo head if you have one.

The speedo/dials are very unreliable id just use a gps speedo in it.
