Progress has been slow lately but the engine and gearbox will be refitted in the next day or two then its just the rear suspension to refit.

Engine covers are now refitted and it’s just the wheels to refit then the underside is complete [smilie=yay.gif]
 
Impressed with the undertray Heatshield recreation?

Did you cut and form by hand?

Excellent job and attention to detail. :)
 
I used the old shield as a stencil then cut the heat shield by hand using sheet metal shears then i placed the shield on the under tray then formed its original shape with little trimming.
