Megane 19" rims on a megane cup s

I've got 18" rims on my mk3 rs cup s and the ride is firm, I'm thinking of getting a set of the 19" rims but need to know what the difference in ride will be, has anyone got experience with the stock Renault Cup S springs on 19" rims?
Also the same seller has 18" rims with 245 40 18" s, aren't the 245mm too wide for the tibor rims?

Further to the question, does anyone know the weights of the wheels? I'm looking at the Steevs alloys but peak performance reviews on YouTube says the new rs' alloys are 2kg lighter (he doesn't say what they are compared to) which equates to about 40kg on board weight. It would be good if the new wheels were lighter than the old ones cos if so I'm gonna buy them.

The ride is quite hard on steevs with 235/35/19 PS4S on stock cup springs. Stick with the 18’s, cheaper tyres.

Are these wheels off a mk3? I've never seen them before.

They are 250cup rims, steev were optional extra on the cup.
