19 16V head core plugs

hi guys ive got a 19 16v head on my clio and ive popped a core plug in the spark plug bay, i cnt measure it acurratly as ive damaged the old core plug so does any1 know what size i need? its 1 of the 2 in the spark plug bay if this helps, any help would be much appreciated, thanks.

If the old one is about 3 inches than thats obviously wrong!
