Hi lads.
I am currently on with a GT Turbo that has sat for around 20 years, it's not in bad nick overall, he brought it to me because it ran like a dog (hardly surprising when you think how long it has sat!). Went to tune the carb up, even with the mixture screw wound all the way in it is...

1. Does anyone know if the VIN number is stamped into the shell somewhere on a T2?
On a Gordini it’s on the rail under the seat on a std 5 it’s on the boot floor area.
Thanks in advance.

Hi All,
I need to sell my Renault 5 GT Turbo. Purchased as a project that I've been saving up to complete. I recently had 2 major hip operations and am currently out of work as a result, so I can't see myself being able to get this project done any time soon so it has to go.

Hi there
Hoping someone here can help out with some advice. We (the royal we, my husband does all the hard work but not good with reading and computers) are restoring an 84 R5 Turbo Gordini / Alpine. We're needing a petrol tank and headlights and thanks to Brexit! EU sellers are telling us they...
Hi guys and girls of the renault forum.
I would like some help with my volvo 460 turbo with a B18FT (renault F3P) engine and ZF 4hp14 automatic gearbox (I know you guys like to put them in R5's and tweak the hell out of them).
This motor was 120bhp and is now 170-ish. The gearbox is now a...

Hi all,
Owned my 5 GT Turbo for quite some time, but unfortunately it's been off the road for some years and needs quite a bit of TLC. Just in the process of searching online for anything to do with Renault turbos to give me some inspiration to get the work done. Already seen a number of post...
Time to thin the herd .. or at least get in to something else that isn't a 5.
