conversion

Just started to rebuild my engine from scratch and everything is going to be replaced thats needed. Had problems in the past with the head, i actually blew a hole between pots three and four! I want to make sure this engine is set up correct this time as i'm not sure if he felling was to blame...

what can i actually use from my rt engine bay for my valver engine? trying to save money :D

I know this question has may have been asked a thousand times before but i need a definate answer. my car is a 1996 N reg Rsi. What is needed? Engine loom and ecu? another worry i have is that my key does not have an immobiliser..and if i go for a phase 2 valver loom this will need 1? and...

I am going ahead with my 172 conversion and would like to try and get everything built up first so that when i come to do the swap over there will be a bit less to do! So i need subframe/wishbones/rack/hoses/brcketry/mounts etc etc... If someone has these parts kicking around then i can buy...

does the megane 16v engine drop straight into the 19 or what woulfd i need to do the conversion because ive been offerd an engine and gearbox

Hi Was wondering if it was possible to drop a 2.0 turbo from the R21 into a 19? TBH I'm not really planning on this conversion (yet) but it seemed like a good question to ask. Cheers

Has anyone looked into doing this and any ideas how much hassle the mounting will be? The 172 seems to be hung from above but don't know if there is provision on the block and gearbox to utilise the R19 mounts?? Also will the exhaust/downpipe from the 172 fit the R19 ok?? Any help would...

I was wondering today if I could use an old turbo from a fuego and after a short visit at a repair shop the old story about converting the f7p to turbo became very ..... new. Refurbishing the T3 will cost arround 300 Eur so it is not much. I don't want to reduce the CR so I guess it will...
