Just seen this morning in Bristol Lawrence Hill a yellow PH1 with some serious mods. It had a massive black air intake embedded on the bonnet so I don't think it was a replica. I think the plate ended on E19 but not too sure as I've only seen it for 5 secs on my side mirror and then took an exit.
