X2 Vees within minutes! Bourton-on-the-Water (Cotswolds)

*AL*

New Member
Both seen driving throught the village High street around 19.00 this evening,

Silver Phase 1- Y6 CUO (cut out rear valance and dark pods)

Illiad Phase 2- DN53 SOX (standard looking)

Generally never see any Vees anywhere then see X2 within minutes in a quiet rural location, common as muck lol.

Anyone know the cars?

Al, if you'd looked in the grass over-spill cat park you'd have seen two more Iceburg 230's, a Titanium, Black Gold and Lunar 255's too.. lol ;)
Was having a bit of dinner in one of the pubs after the RS meet at Gaydon :race:

:approve: Ah, thought it was too good to be true as a coincidence! I was out with a few mates on the bikes.

Cor blimey you missed all the fun of us seven vees driving through the High Street and then holding up the traffic as we u-turned them to head back through the High Street to the grass car park! You must have seen us leaving at 7. Brett went first then I did in my black/gold but the sat nav took me the other way not through the High Street (shame or it would have been 3 vees - definately common as muck hey!) and then Dan left trying to navigate home using his mobile phone sat nav! I hope everyone got home ok it was great meeting a few more people and some for a second time and also their partners. Ps that chinese 'sharp a' is cutest dog I have ever seen but the with the weirdest bark I have ever heard in my life! The thing got attached to me and didnt want me to leave lol! And what a well trained pup (15 weeks old) posing for my pic! But seriously what is that bark all about????

Yep that was me!!! I take it you were the fella with 2 other mates opposite the chippy??
Lol yep I had the black R1, couldn't believe I spotted a couple of Vees there! My other 2 mates were taking the pee about how common the Vees were. Nice plate especially the rear with the carefully placed screw. ;)

Six vees u turning i stand corrected Dan from your other post! Dan remember the 'young lady' did say its 'our' car REPEATEDLY! Lol! Funny how she always seemed to end up in the passenger seat! Seriously Dan great meeting and your other half and I am glad your Matiz days are over!

Meeting you and the others has taken vee ownership onto another level for me. Glad you came all that way mate. If i am ever down your way I will give you a shout. I have a mate in Newent which I know is not close but if I do visit him over the summer I will try and catch you then. He loves my vee lol so I will definately visit him in that and hence have a mini meet with ya:)
