I havent tried this before but I would almost definitly say yes you can. I'm sure you can use the thermostat housing off a clio for your coolant temp sensor & interior guage. Not sure if those 19's run an electronic water pump? If not, just leave that sensor unplugged. Got a picture of a 19 head?

yeh they got the secondry water pump......

the only other thing i can do is use the whole clio lump i got..and sort the mounts out...

I'm using a 19 head with a valver thermostat housing on mine. Left the sensors in the head to stop it leaking but i don't use them.
