Wheels

They look like Azev Type A

I run 205/40-17 on the summer wheels. I don't think its uncomfortable with standard suspension.

Do you need any spacers for 17s? At the moment ive got 3mm spacers on the rear or that rub against something and thats on 16s

Not got spacers on my 17's. Just look underneath as there's prob marks where they've rubbed

If you need spacers depend on the wheel. I think I have 7 or 7.5 inch wide and ET42 wheels with 205/40 tires and they rub a little on the inside when cornering hard.

It all depends on the width and ET of the rim.

ah ok mine dont rub at all when i got the spacers on

Spacers are only needed if the offset/wheel width isn't correct...i ran 17" wheels on the black pearl with no issues...i'll try to remember the size & post it up for your reference....
I once fitted 16" OZ wheels & they rubbed on the rear caliper so i had to get the rear wheels machined a tad to clear the calipers......
As for running 17's...never again - i think they ruin the ride & handling...although they do look the nuts (as long as the wheel style/design is suitable).....
I think the gold rims on the black pearl were: 7" (wide) x 40 (offset) x 17" (size)

I have 7j ET40 17" on mine and they only rub the front on full lock

Do you have quadra's or 2wd's? My et42's rub on full lock front and sometimes (very rarely) it rubs on the inside in the rear.. I have never heard it but seen evidence in the arches. I have a quadra btw..

I always bought 17" wheels with an et35 offset and never had a problem with rubbing front or back and because the offset was 7mm over standard I also never needed spacers. They also ride fine.

205/45/16 is correct for that wheel size on a 21 Alex, 215's will foul the track rod end.

The 16's going on mine are a 7x16 et40 (these were ?240 delivered or et35 were ?500+ lol) and will have 205/45/16's fitted

Oh and iirc Azev A's were only available 8" wide, hence yours looking stretched.

Older Renault have 5x108, along with Ferrari, Jag (i think) and Volvo etc.

I think the latest gen Megane have 5x114,3 so those won't fit :(

Well ive found a set of azev's for sale 17s 7.5" ET15 will these roll ok on the 21?

nissan wheels? really the et wants to be 45-48, the lower the et the further out the wheel will stick, in this case i presume well past the arch tho.

i have my 17's up in the for sale with a pic, if of interest
