looking for some new tyres for the vee and just wondered what tyres other people are using and what they think of them? any feed back would be appreciated.
I am quite tempted by the toyo tr1 or the falken FK452 or do I stick with the ps2

Was told they would be perfectly ok and I honestly haven't noticed any difference to the pilots i.e. nothing strange has been noticed.

I've recently had four new tyres fitted, I'd run with the Michelin Pilots for three years so thought I'd have a change. After doing a bit of research I opted for Continental Sport Contact 2's, 215/40 on the front and 245/40 on the rear and I must say I'm very pleased with them :thumb.

The car feels more planted and less edgy, grip in the dry probably slightly down on the Pilots, but in wet/damp conditions they are far better than Pilots, as they give more notice of when they are about to breakaway.

The car feels more user friendly overall and although not really a consideration on such a car is also more comfortable.I know Martin (K1ANO) also runs these on his Vee and he's very pleased with them as well.

They are quite a bit cheaper than the Pilots too - I got all four fitted for £640.
