What oil do you use?

Hi Guys

I want to change engine and gearbox oil on my v6. What do Renault recommend? What do you use yourself? Is there a workshop manual available for the v6?

The following is the approved transmission/gear oil: Elf Tranself NFP 75W-80

As regards engine oil, Fuchs Titan Race Pro S 5W-40 Ester Synthetic is about the best for the Vee

Mine will have something decent in it I suspect. @scotty6r4
